Excellent
Tour guide was knowledgeable in the history of San Francisco and have a great overview. She also kept the tour participants on schedule which was helpful for those going on to other events.

I ordered a combined ticket for the bus and Alcatraz prison. Everything worked great. I got updates before and the tickets were waiting for me. Great service and organization
