No contratar esta empresa!!! Esperábamos la recogida en el hotel a las 3...diez minutos más tarde intenté contactar con tiqets; durante casi una hora sólo nos atendió una máquina que, evidentemente, no resolvió nada...habíamos pagado 55€, y queriamos realizar la visita en sábado, puesto que domingo habíamos contratado otra actividad con la misma empresa, y, lunes la catedral está cerrada al público...pues nada...no hubo manera de hablar con una persona y de resolver la situación. Deplorable. Nunca más.
