  • The elevator of the Dome only takes you to the first balcony, to climb up to the main Dome you will have to use the stairs (320 steps) which require 20 extra minutes

Our guide Ignacio was really really good !! He was passionate and explained a lot ! However, the expression „skip the line“ is misleading as you have to wait like all the other visitors… also...

Good
Guide was great but I thought he was staying with us in the Basilica itself for a while after the climb. Going to the catacombs of the pope's was a bonus. Would recommend.
