- You will receive the entry tickets via email or WhatsApp (please provide the correct contact information) 24 hours before your activity begins
- Make sure to have the entry ticket. The booking confirmation will not be accepted
- Go to the Domus Aurea entrance (via di Serapide) and show the ticket at the entrance
