Reserved 2 adult and 2 children tickets. Not sure why we had to pay for children tickets as we learned they are free to enter colloseum. When we arrived we were told to go inside to retrieve our...
Reserved 2 adult and 2 children tickets. Not sure why we had to pay for children tickets as we learned they are free to enter colloseum. When we arrived we were told to go inside to retrieve our children tickets but really we were just sent to the main area where all free children tickets are picked up. We were not given a QR code for our children to access the audio tour which I guess is what we were paying for.
This is a prerecorded tour which is fine but seems like a lot of money for that. The only real benefit is getting last minute tickets through them if you don’t purchase in advance

Host kwam 20 te laat aan. Volgens Tiqets zaten er koptelefoon bij, maar dit was dus niet zo. Audio is moeilijk te volgen want je weet niet bij welk punt je loopt. Ik zou het met een echte gids...

10 Minuten vor Beginn war der Gastgeber immer noch nicht am Treffpunkt. Als er kam war er völlig überfordert mit tausenden Zetteln und hatte keine Struktur, schlechte Erklärung über den Ablauf und keine vernünftige Einweisung mit den Tickets gegeben. Die App für den Audioguide war okay, dennoch viel zu wenig für den Preis. Wir haben definitiv mehr erwartet und werden nie wieder über tiqets buchen.
