Bought 2 adults , 1 youth and 1 child ticket - ages 3 and 6 .on arrival at Loro parque was refused entry as my child ticket was classed as an infant I had to pay again which was very annoying...
Bought 2 adults , 1 youth and 1 child ticket - ages 3 and 6 .on arrival at Loro parque was refused entry as my child ticket was classed as an infant I had to pay again which was very annoying however I explained the situation To Tiqets and within a few days they did refund me - great customer services however they shouldn’t of mixed the ticket up - bus does take along time with drop offs but overall good day out thanks
