We were unable to collect our purchased audioguides at our designated entrance apparently they had to be collected from another entrance! Our designated entrance area was up a steep hill, so in...

We were unable to collect our purchased audioguides at our designated entrance apparently they had to be collected from another entrance! Our designated entrance area was up a steep hill, so in the heat we were not going to go back down to collect them. We were not notified in advance. Poorly organised, we also had to queue for Pompeii anyway - which defeated the purpose of buying a ticket in advance?

Even though we had purchased tickets in advance we were still forced to queue at Pompeii! We had to walk up a steep hill to get to the designated entrance and when we got there the audio guides...

Even though we had purchased tickets in advance we were still forced to queue at Pompeii! We had to walk up a steep hill to get to the designated entrance and when we got there the audio guides had to be collected from another location away from our allocated entrance which obviously we did not return down the hill in the heat to collect - no signposting and Tiquets failed to notify us.
