The tour was fabulous. Yes it's a long day but you get the best from it. The local guide at Pompeii was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Our bus tour guide, Enrica was absolutely fantastic, witty, knowledgeable and good fun. I would heartily recommend it.

Terrible
Long ride to get lunch in Sorrento and a couple drops of lemonchello. We only had 2 two hours in Pompeii, enough time to get your tickets, run around for a little over an hour then head back.

Reasonabley well organised trip from Rome to Pompei with plenty of time between trains and buses. Tour guide was well informed although at 2 hours long left little time to explore the city yourself.
