Good
Not a lot of info for the tower but does have info on other sights around the city. May not be worth it if you are only visiting the tower.

The lady from Tiqeta met us at the leaning tower, help me with putting our backpacks in cloak room, giving me the ticket, help us with the line and getting audio download. We appreciate her very much.

Paola was a great, friendly and informative guide and it was such a seamless process using Tiqets, from the meeting point, instructions and lockers. It was great not to need to wait in a queue as welll!
