Tickets were easy to get and find. The event description said we needed to do the Palace first before the gardens but when we got there the office staff said it did not matter. Both places were with the visit. Liked the palace more.

Excellent
Very valuable to skip the line! Definitely worth the extra cost. The gardens are amazing, but huge and there are steep climbs. Wear comfortable shoes. The house is massive, but not overwhelming
