Getting there:
- By foot: About 45 minutes walking from the center of Sintra
- Bus: Scotturb Line 434 (Pena circuit) from Sintra Train Station
- Train from Lisbon (Estação do Oriente, Estação do Rossio, or Estação de Entrecampos)
- Please note that the venue is not reachable by car
Transfer services:
- There is a paid transfer service available bringing guests from the park entrance to the palace. The service runs every 15 minutes and is wheelchair accessible
- There's a free hop-on hop-off transfer service available between the Palace and the Chalet of the Countess of Edla. Simply show your entrance ticket and hop on!

- No animals are allowed in, apart from guide dogs
- Flash photography and tripods aren't allowed inside the palace

Didn't know there was a delay for the tickets. Only bought them to avoid the long line. Had to wait in the long line and it took longer than the 30 minute timeline to get the tickets. Waste of...
Didn't know there was a delay for the tickets. Only bought them to avoid the long line. Had to wait in the long line and it took longer than the 30 minute timeline to get the tickets. Waste of money. You should state the tickets are not immediately available on your site. I will be disputing this charge.
