Easy to access everything on the Tiqets app and to go to the tourist information office to validate tickets staff there and inside the museum were all very friendly and helpful

Very impressive. But, there is weird situation with a ticket. after buying a ticket you can't go straight to the Victor Emmanuel II monument. First you have to go to the tourism office and pick up your tickets, which is a 6 min walk away.

Could not find pick up location Maybe not their fault because construction is crazy, but I’m not an idiot, should not have been this difficult. Just bought a ticket at the entrance
