Excellent
Absolutely perfect. The guide was knowledgeable, easy to understand and answered all of my questions. I stayed after the tour for a few hours and then had lunch, which I highly recommend.

The guided tour of the secret passages is a must! So amazing to be behind the scenes to find out about the Medicis - our guide was incredible! Worth every penny. And the palazzo Vecchio blew us away.
