Poor
I bought tickets for a specific date and hour and got a confirmation mail afterwards. The tickets were delivered minutes later to my email with a different time! It screwed my day planning in Rome!

Excellent
Better arrive early, I was there 9:05 and you could enjoy the paintings. By 9:30 the halls were crowded. The collection is Great, I am glad I visited it.

Surprisingly I rate the experience good due to the fact that it was very quiet, and not crowded inside. Unlike others that I have experienced so far.
