Show your smartphone voucher at the Box Office. Your reservation is under your name. You will be issued a wristband at the ticket window that indicates which guide's tour you will join.
The Voodoo Lounge is on the corner of N Rampart and Orleans Streets. There is a family-friendly entrance on Orleans Street if underage participants need restrooms prior to the tour.

You'll hear stories about Vampires at the Ursuline's Convent, learn the chilling truth about the Haunting of the Lalaurie Mansion, walk up to locations from Anne Rice's "Interview with a Vampire" and much more.
The tour is 1 hour, 45 minutes in length, with a walking distance of one mile. It's both family-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
