Excellent
I took the wrong train, so it took three hours late. I didn’t get to the ticket counter on time, but all staff were so kind to me. Thank you so much for your help. I really enjoyed the castle :))

Our crew - Dimitry and driver were both excellent. I must admit perfect English, knowledge, willingness to help. I can only recommend them also for families (we were 4 children and 2 adults).
