The museum was excellent. However, the entrance staff were terrible. The 'skip the line' ticket I purchased didn't seem to work. The lady at the counter kept us waiting while continuing an intense conversation with a teacher and group of school children. Never acknowledged us.

Pésima. Los tiquetes entregados por Ustedes fueron desconocidos por en la entrada del museo e indicaron que no eran válido. Hasta el momento esa plata se perdió.

Le musée ferme à 14h. À 13h30, lundi 26 août 2024, j ai voulu visiter le second étage. Il était 13h30. On m à interdit l accès sous prétexte qu il était tard et que l hôtesse avait déjà fermé l étage. J ai insisté juste pour faire un tour de 5 à 10 minutes, histoire de voir. Ça a été non. Donc je suis sortie du musée à 13hh 40 pour un musée fermant à 14h.
