Offer as booked was a 2 hour guided tour. Turns out it was access for a self guided tour. When the tour guide was held accountable, his response was that we didn't read the details. When I showed...
Offer as booked was a 2 hour guided tour. Turns out it was access for a self guided tour. When the tour guide was held accountable, his response was that we didn't read the details. When I showed him the confirmation, his answer was it must have been detailed someplace else. He couldn't find it himself and offered a full refund. Waiting on that to occur.
