Despite my concerns never having used Tiqets, everything went smoothly. Received my mobile tickets immediately, as well as clear directions about where and when to meet our guide, Daniella, who gave us a super organized and informative tour of Da Vinci's stunning "The Last Supper" painting. I would use Tiqets again.They were the only possible way to see some of the difficult to get tockets to attractions on our once in a lifetime trip to Italy.
