Terrible
The Palace closed down due to too many visitors and we waited in line for an hour until they opened the doors up again. (38 degree weather) Our tour guide was great but she couldn't do anything...
The Palace closed down due to too many visitors and we waited in line for an hour until they opened the doors up again. (38 degree weather) Our tour guide was great but she couldn't do anything about it. The Palace needs to have a better process for allowing in visitors and accommodating these 'skip the line' tours

Réservation avec guide Anglais la vieille au lieu d'une visite en Français car plus de dispos. Visite faites en retard car le 1er guide nous a renvoyé vers la visite d'après puisque que la sienne...
Réservation avec guide Anglais la vieille au lieu d'une visite en Français car plus de dispos. Visite faites en retard car le 1er guide nous a renvoyé vers la visite d'après puisque que la sienne était en Espagnol ! Le 2ème, n'a pas compris le 1er, obligé de hausser le ton pour que ça soit rectifié et pour que l'on puisse enfin faire la visite 1h après l'heure de rendez-vous. Aucune organisation, et cher pour ce que c'est !
