All works well - easy online advance booking, reasonable pricing, clear guide meeting arrangements, super knowledgeable and pleasant guide (Ishmael) and interesting displays.

Terrible
There was no any guide at the location you specified. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and I didn't see any sign of the guide during that time.
