Our guide Simon was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He even lent out a charger to another passenger who was out of charge on their phone. He waited extra time for passengers who were late to...
Our guide Simon was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He even lent out a charger to another passenger who was out of charge on their phone. He waited extra time for passengers who were late to the bus and ended up never getting their on time. He told another bus driver about the four passengers that were left. He seemed really concerned about them but did not want to delay our time at Windsor. We love the trip to both places. People at the bus station were very friendly and helped us find the right bus We will definitely be using this for our trip to Greece. I will recommend to others.

The tour itself was great. I am more disappointed in getting tickets through this website because the description was not helpful in terms of where to go. It just said meet at Victoria station....
The tour itself was great. I am more disappointed in getting tickets through this website because the description was not helpful in terms of where to go. It just said meet at Victoria station. You meet at a specific platform at the coach station and my reservation didn’t have any of that information or who to ask/call for support. When you get to the station you need to find your platform on the screens.
