Very disappointed! I booked the tickets and was one hour ahead of time there at the ticket office! Only to find the Boat had left! Why indicate on the website that a tour begins at 20:00 ? When it...
Very disappointed! I booked the tickets and was one hour ahead of time there at the ticket office! Only to find the Boat had left! Why indicate on the website that a tour begins at 20:00 ? When it actually began one hour earlier? And there was no one to attend to the customers at that time. Most counters were open except the yellow tours! Very disappointed! I want a refund!
