The Calouste Gulbenkian Museum displays Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian's private collection, featuring art from over five thousand years, including works from Egypt, Greece, Rome, Mesopotamia, the Islamic East, Armenia, the Far East, and Europe, with notable pieces by Rembrandt, Rubens, Turner, and René Lalique.
