Go on an eight-hour tour from the center of Krakow to visit the historical site of the Nazi concentration camp complex at Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Travel by comfortable transport to the town of Auschwitz, 70km from Krakow, and receive a detailed account about the site from the English-speaking driver. Upon arrival, your driver will provide you with an official guidebook, available in 17 languages, which you can loan for the tour.
Spend almost two hours at Birkenau, visiting the former barracks, the railroad ramp, and the ruins of the gas chambers. Then, proceed with your driver to the Auschwitz Museum where you will have 2 hours to see the permanent exhibitions.
Pass through the infamous camp gates that remain standing to this day, a solemn reminder of all that occurred there.
