Excellent
Really enjoyed the bus tour! We stayed on for the whole 2 hours and did the whole loop to orient ourselves on our first day. We would highly recommend!

Easy process for accessing tickets electronically… bought my ticket on line and opened the PDF at the entrance 20 min later. I did not need to download the app.

Terrible
The ticket buying process was clunky and I ended up reserving the wrong place after being slammed with offers. They wouldn’t give me a refund after I paid twice to reserve the correct event. Waste of $70.
