For the first time in over 100 years, you can see the Victoria carriage in the Imperial Carriage Museum.
This was the carriage that Emperor Franz Joseph used during his final years.
1 option
Combine Imperial Carriage Museum with other Vienna favorites. Some things are better together.
The Imperial Carriage Museum, located in Schönbrunn Mews, is a haven for horse-drawn carriage enthusiasts. It has an extensive collection of more than 60 historical state coaches, sledges, and sedan chairs, and more than two hundred years' of harnesses and livery. But even if you don't count carriages as a passion, you'll find the vehicles on display here fasincating.
Located in the former Winter Riding School, the highlight of the collection is the richly decorated Imperial Coach used at royal weddings and coronations.
