Interesting museum to visit as besides great carriage display they also tell the story of Sisi by means of video films.

This was my favorite museum in Vienna. It was just amazing to see all those different imperial carriages.. highly recommended!

The Imperial Carriage Museum, located in Schönbrunn Mews, is a haven for horse-drawn carriage enthusiasts. It has an extensive collection of more than 60 historical state coaches, sledges, and sedan chairs, and more than two hundred years' of harnesses and livery. But even if you don't count carriages as a passion, you'll find the vehicles on display here fasincating.

Located in the former Winter Riding School, the highlight of the collection is the richly decorated Imperial Coach used at royal weddings and coronations.
