Terrible
The Prague tours experience was slightly unreliable in that no one showed up. We went in and bought tickets from the museum instead. Person with a yellow umbrella my arse.

Terrible
Our guide provided little known biographical information and psychological insight about Franz Kafka that I did not know about. His information enriched my experience of the museum.

Interesting and important content, but lighting made it difficult to read some key information in the exhibition.
