  • Exchange your voucher at the meeting point: arrive 15 minutes early at the right side of the Cathedral, close to Bar Sergio, at Piazza Duomo 15
  • Look for staff wearing a bright yellow vest with "ACCORD" on it
  • Show your smartphone voucher to receive your entrance ticket
  • 24 hours before your visit, you'll receive instructions via WhatsApp or email to download the AudioApp. It's recommended to download it beforehand. Staff will assist on-site
  • The Baptistery is undergoing restoration of the mosaics of the vault and every first Sunday of the month closes at 2.00 pm
