My ticket contained the information that the group gathers near the clock tower, although the meeting point was in front of the gates, before security check. The excursion (good) lasted 30 minutes, standing exactly on one point in front of the palace. Palace provided free audio guides.

We had to wait 2 hours for the guide without beeing informed about our starting time. Moreover, the guard left the group alone saying that there would be many people inside. Instead of live guidance she said a few sentences about the story of the palace in the yard and waited for us at the exit to be able to let the group in the Harem. If I hadn't bought a ticket it would have taken me half an hour to get into the building as there were very few people in the line. I tried to ask for permission to enter at the information desk, but the lady there rudely told me that the palace was another company so she couldn't help us but adviced to buy another tickets. I felt miserable and disappointed.
