Get up close and personal with some of Canada's most intriguing animals with tickets for Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary.
Whether you choose the self-guided look around or opt to add an introductory tour to your ticket, you'll rarely get as close to packs of wolfdogs as you can at Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary.
The introductory tour allows you access inside one of the wolfdog enclosures for a 30-minute presentation on these fascinating animals. It's the perfect opportunity to ask any burning lupine questions, learn about wolf conservation, and take cool photos!
Interactive Tour
Opt for the Interactive Tour and enjoy an up-close and interactive experience with the resident Yamnuska and Cascade Packs. You'll learn all about wolf behavior and how it differs from that of domestic dogs. Learn about the importance of wolves in our ecosystem, and why it’s so important to preserve them in our natural environment. This is an immersive experience with the Sanctuary's ambassador wolfdogs, so come prepared to follow very specific guidelines!

- Interactive Tour includes both the "Intro Tour" and the "Sanctuary Walk Self-Guided Tour"
- The Intro Tour departs at 10:45, 12:15, 13:15, 14:15 or 15:45.
- Interactive Tour timeslots are 10:30, 12:00, 14:00 & 15:30
- Please make sure to select the correct timeslot
- The purpose of these tours is to educate the public on wolfdogs and raise awareness regarding wolf conservation. All proceeds from the tours directly fund the Sanctuary and its continued rescue efforts
- You are not allowed to wear sheepskin or down feather coats, or any clothing with fur or faux fur, hanging lures, or fur like trim
