Wow! We had such an amazing time. The Cliffs of Moher were just breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. We came in early March and the weather was perfect, blue skies and sunshine. There were no rain clouds in sight which meant we were really able to witness the beauty of the Irish country and seaside. Galway was equally beautiful and much cleaner, and nicer than Dublin if I’m to be honest. My only downside is that we just need more time. 2 hours is just not enough time. The Burren was breathtaking but we didn’t get out like other tour groups, which is fine in my opinion, but I’m not sure it’s worth even the driveby (especially on non sunny days). Maybe that’s just a natural sight you pass while heading to Galway from the Cliffs of Moher, but it seems like the ride was made extra long just to see the burren from the bus.
My suggestion would be to cut out the burren, and keep the trip focused on the Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Outside of that, it really was perfect. The bus was clean and comfortable, and Eve was lovely! She calls everyone a darling which is fitting because she was an absolute darling! Pete was an amazing driver and got us where we needed on time and safe. If you’re having doubts, don’t, book with Wild Rover Tours you won’t regret!
