From selection, to customer service and follow up, to the trip itself, all was very professional and customer comfort focused. My tour guide was great, knowledgeable and kept us laughing with tails of Niagara Falls history. I highly recommend Tiqets and this excursion.

Better communication about pick up times would have been appreciated! Otherwise, appreciated the small group but it was pretty much self-directed with only a bit of guided talks during the drive.
