Was auf meiner Buchung stand war anders als ich es persönlich erlebt habe.
Falsche Angaben mit der Reisedauer und andere Anbieter. Daher war es für uns nicht so schön. Der Kontakt mit der Tickets Mitarbeiterin war genau so. Er hat alles auf andere Weise erklärt, als es eigentlich sein sollte. Am Ende habe ich nicht verstanden, wer mein Ansprechpartner war. Daher kein Großen Lob für den Kundenservice. Dieser war für mich dementsprechend umsonst und hat nichts gebracht. Daher nur ein Stern für die Kundenbetreuung (für gar keine Hilfe) !
Die Insel Kos ist aber empfehlenswert!
