Find out moreWelcome to the ultimate celebrity crib. This beautiful château in France's Loire Valley was the final home of Leonardo da Vinci, and as you might expect, the Florentine master left his mark on the place.
Da Vinci arrived here in 1516, with a painting called the Mona Lisa under his arm – the rest is history. Make your way inside with this skip-the-line ticket, and explore the former home of the great Renaissance man.
Leonardo made quite the name for himself with King Francis I, and after being given the title of the king’s premier painter, engineer, and architect, he was gifted Clos Lucé. It was here that he spent the final years of his life, and it is here that now presents a series of galleries devoted to his work.
On the ground floor, join an immersive show where Da Vinci’s 17 masterpieces are brought together in a single space. You’ll be given the keys to understanding the artist’s process, from his initial sketches to the completed masterpiece.
In the upper gallery, gain a better understanding of Da Vinci’s world outside of art and discover the mind that also worked on civil, religious and military matters. Learn about the architect, town planner, and director of shows. The gallery shines a light on Leonardo’s passion for mathematics and geometry. See his world brought to life through life-size models, digital tables, 3D animations, video games, and more.
It doesn't take a genius to know this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
