Excellent
Great value, really easy instructions and the transfers were prompt, all people we spoke to were friendly and helpful, would book again

Terrible
Left late, driver was always on his mobile phone while driving, felt very unsafe. He was then very late picking us up and we had been waiting over an hour to get down.

Good price, clear instructions, very friendly staff, excellent driver. The bus took our group to the highest parking and we were allowed plenty of time to climb the 1km distance to the crater....
