The basilica is gorgeous and well worth seeing the panoramic view from the dome. The treasury was closed.

Even if my wife and had a QR code on the the tickets we bought online, the gatekeepers did not want to let us in. He told us we had to go to another building to queue and collect a physical ticket. This whole process is not efficient at all.

Den neoklassiske St. Stephen's Basilica er dedikeret til Ungarns første konge, St. Stephen, og det er stadig hjemsted for hans mumificerede højre hånd - Szent Jobb (Holy Right Hand).
