The tour provided from downunder, sky rail and kuranda railway was great as always. However this was the worst booking experience I have ever had. Bearing in mind I have worked in resorts and tour sales. None of the information was up to date. There was nobody to great my family or another guest at the skyrail terminal to collect tickets. We had to ring downunder directly to find out that no pick up information or contact details were provided to them as we had booked self drive. It took 20mins for tickets to be sent though leaving us at the back of the line and arriving late in kuranda. We then had to go to the train station for them to issue tickets for our return. For this "stress free guided experience" we paid about $80 more than booking directly. Would appreciate an explanation
Great day out for the family. If you are on a tour and limited for time don't book in to a cafe for lunch . It chews up so much time and you don't get to see all of what you want to see.

Worth the trip. One should not miss it when in Cairns.
Skyrail Rainforest Cableway ligger i Smithfield, Queensland – cirka 15 minutters kørsel fra Cairns. Svævebanen er en gondol, der løber fra Smithfield til Kuranda og passerer over Barron Gorge National Park.
