Den maritime bygning blev bygget i 1911 og er en af de få tilbageværende tunge tømmerposter og bjælkestrukturer i Seattles havnedistrikt. Det blev renoveret fra 2016-2018 for at give klasse A kontorlokaler og et åbent butiksområde i stueetagen.
