Námořní budova byla postavena v roce 1911 a je jednou z mála zbývajících těžkých dřevěných sloupů a trámových konstrukcí v nábřežní čtvrti Seattlu. V letech 2016-2018 byl zrekonstruován tak, aby poskytoval kancelářské prostory třídy A a maloobchodní prostory s otevřeným konceptem v přízemí.
