I'm waiting for the refund for the excursion to Colosseum that did not happen as the no guide showed up as per my chatting with you agent yesterday.

Absolutely awful. The tour guide never showed up, and the customer support never sent someone to replace them or answered any of our questions.

Imprecise and inconsistent descriptions regarding the reception of tickets and meeting points; had to walk around and ask through all ticket-agencies on the spot, lost 45 minutes and by the time we had a precise location, it was 330PM and the guide was already gone and the entire tour was lost. What a waste of money!
