Greeter provided clear instructions on which line to wait in. We entered on time & were able to self tour all exhibits inside. Highly recommend early morning for a more private experience. Breathtaking!

Buying the tickets excellent. The Audio guide wouldn’t work, system update problems. Very disappointed. Contacted Tiqets they refunded the audio cost without asking. Good customer service!
