Paulo was incredible, very knowledgeable and helpful! It was a wonderful experience getting a tour from an archeologist and hearing facts that regular guides may miss. Paulo was eager to answer questions and ensure that each visitor was accommodated for! Paulo even helped us navigate the train system when we were left at Herculaneum. Please know you are given an hour lunch break during your 5 hour tour and transportation back from Herculaneum is not provided! Therefore, make necessary arrangements and/or familiarize yourself with the train system (10 minute walk from Herculaneum site) and which stop to get off on/ make a train swap from.
10/10 experience!! *Herculaneum was less crowded, smaller, but appeared more intact than Pompeii.

Our guide was really informative in an easy to understand way of communicating. This was a really good tour.
