On may 27 I stayed in Athens and by mistake booked tickets (2) to Florence archeological museum instead of Athens. Trying to get refund failed. I think it’s very unfair.

The museum was excellent. However, the entrance staff were terrible. The 'skip the line' ticket I purchased didn't seem to work. The lady at the counter kept us waiting while continuing an intense...
The museum was excellent. However, the entrance staff were terrible. The 'skip the line' ticket I purchased didn't seem to work. The lady at the counter kept us waiting while continuing an intense conversation with a teacher and group of school children. Never acknowledged us.

Pésima. Los tiquetes entregados por Ustedes fueron desconocidos por en la entrada del museo e indicaron que no eran válido. Hasta el momento esa plata se perdió.
