everything is very messy and we bought skipped the line service but we were told to wait in the queue. Anyway we dont think the services we received worths the amount we actually paid.

Very easy to buy tickets, we got there at 8am and entered by the side entrance (near the museum) and walked right through - no queues! Bit of a steep walk up to the top but lots to stop and look...
