It was very easy to pick up our entry tickets from the Crown Tours Rep outside the Gallery. They also explained that we could get reduced entry at the Barbarini Gallery, where some of the paintings have been loaned.

Unfortunately, all pictures gallery was closed that day without any notice. I would not have bought tickets for this day. Sculptures are magnificent, but it is very upsetting not to be able to...
