t was not what I expected, I bought a ticket to enter the coliseum and be able to see everything, this ticket does not include everything and when I asked for help the answer was very disappointing, they really did not give me any solution. I could not find the group/tiqets representative even tough I came over 30 minutes before scheduled time. I searched everywhere and asked around for help, but could not find anyone from the... Voir plus

I could not find the group/tiqets representative even tough I came over 30 minutes before scheduled time. I searched everywhere and asked around for help, but could not find anyone from the company.. So I had to buy a ticket from another agency so this whole experience came to a total of over 90 euros... What could have been done better? Be more clear on where the meeting point is. When I used the Google link that's in the description it only says to meet inside of the Colosseum. That is not possible.. The meeting point and Google link in the description should have been another place then inside the colosseum. I looked everywhere, by the colosseum entrance, by the arch, by the metro station, by the ticket queue.. Everywhere.. And I came extra early in case something like this would happen. There should also have been a phone number in the info so one can call if needing help. I could not find any phone number when googling the company. The only option is to chat with a robot and that's not enough help. So I'm really bummed that this happened and I hope my review can come to any good..
