Not very efficient way of gaining entrance to zoo. Staff at zoo entrance had difficulty scanning the QR code on our phone. Had to direct us to ticket counter. The staff at ticket counter had to...
Not very efficient way of gaining entrance to zoo. Staff at zoo entrance had difficulty scanning the QR code on our phone. Had to direct us to ticket counter. The staff at ticket counter had to spend inordinate amount of time to finally get our tickets ready for entry into park. All in all not a pleasant experience !!
