  • Swap your smartphone voucher for your FLEXI Pass at the VIENNA SIGHTSEEING & Vienna PASS Service (metro station Kärntner Ring. Oper)
  • The physical ID of the person who booked the tickets is needed to collect your FLEXI Pass
  • You must pick up your FLEXI Pass on the day you booked it for, but you can start using it on a later day if you wish. From the moment of its first use, it is valid for 60 days
  • Each attraction can only be visited once with the same pass (except, of course, the hop-on hop-off buses)

  • Fill in the required fields with your details
  • Confirm your reservation. After a successful reservation, you will receive your tickets by email
  • Please bring your printed tickets or show your digital tickets to the ship's personnel upon boarding. Participation is not possible without these tickets
